Relationships are the most important thing in life. Guard your good ones like gold.
Only spend your time doing the things you really enjoy. Stop all negative and destructive activities immediately.
Speak your mind clearly and calmly. Especially in situations when you feel intimidated not to.
Be honest and sincere in all your dealings.
Take risks, make mistakes, don’t be afraid to fail.
Don’t wait for the “right moment” in life to do something. It never comes.
Life only exists in the present moment. Be present in the moment!
Always give a little more than you take.
Make love as much as you possibly can.

Success = Happiness
We are successful at the things we are good at.
Be excellent at the things you HAVE to do.
Excellence can be cultivated – study, practice, improve, repeat….
An important secret – Happiness is a choice we make.

6. Problem or Opportunity?
Environment in Ukraine is very difficult at the moment.
Problem or Opportunity?
Depends on how you look at it.
You can turn a problem into an Opportunity. Don’t ask “Why?” ask “What for?”
In a crisis, most people do nothing.
Concentrate on the things that you control.
Use the opportunity to make yourself better, stronger.
Nothing lasts forever, everything passes.

7. Improve yourself
There’s always change, and there’s always competition. In a crisis they’re just stronger. But the best are always successful.
Upgrade your existing skills. Learn new skills (technical, languages, etc). It’s not a Cost, it’s an Investment.
Study
Obtain recognized Qualifications – MBA, ACCA, ICFM, etc…
Join professional organizations
Network – build a strong network of colleagues, and be active.
At work -
Be proactive. Don’t just be another Accountant who says “No”
Suggest creative solutions to problems.
Initiate cost saving projects.
Create value for your Shareholders.
