6. Short Answer Questions: - They are worth two marks each: 1 x Correct answer 1 x Where the answer was located HOWEVER: - If a question asks for two examples or two pieces of information, then each one is worth one mark each.

7. For example 1: What was Doon’s point of view of his father in Chapter 6? Doon thought that his father is quite calm, he compared him to a glass of water (p. 89)

8. For example 2: What caused nobody in Ember to be aware of the outside world? (Chapter 20) On page 260, it says that the babies must have no knowledge of the outside world.

9. For example 3: Provide the names of two people that know that Mayor Cole is not being honest to the people of Ember: - Lina, Doon, or Looper (only two names) One mark each
