Select the report Basic/standard report is the foundation for the customized report 2. Click Customize this Report link. 3. Enter a report name and description. Check box ‘Make report available for other users’ is available to ReliaTel Administrator only, not operator. 4. Select parameters that will define report data. Parameters and criteria will vary by report 5. Click Save as New. 6. Select the Reports tab. 7. Locate the custom report, click the link, then click Run Report. 12
