3 WHAT? THE SECOND CONTINATANIAL CONGRESS were people who met together in secret to talk about how they will get freedom

4 WHERE?  They started the second continental congress in Pennsylvania.

5 WHEN?  They started the continental congress May 10 th 1775

6 WHY?  The second continental congress was to figure out a way to get freedom
