Include the Navy Broadway Complex and County of San Diego land in the new comprehensive analysis. 2.Reconvene the 2006 Caltrans Coronado Tunnel Study Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) consisting of our of San Diego County Seismic Experts from CalTech and Berkeley. 3.Have the TAP make recommendations for subsurface utilities crossing active faults after analyzing HDPE Pipe versus PVC Pipe for areas of liquefaction.
