18 Building our Budget Process  Goal: establish a budget guidelines/policy document for Courcelette Council for tabling at November council meeting  Establish a timeline for budgeting activities throughout school year  Policy to include an open process for requesting new initiatives and funds (i.e., a form available to all parents/staff in the school office) and evaluation criteria for the review of requested spending  Expect this document to align with TDSB policies for Parent Councils 18
