3 Students, Students What Landform Do You See? River, river we see a river.A river is large natural stream of water flowing in a channel to the sea, a lake, or another such stream.

4 Teacher, Teacher What Landform Do You See? Valley, valley I see a valley. A valley is a lowland area between higher lands such as mountains.

5 Students, Students What Landform Do You See? Mountain, mountain we see a mountain. A mountain is a place on Earth’s surface that is much higher than the land around it.

6 Teacher, Teacher What Landform Do You See? Island, island I see an island. An island is land that is completely surrounded by water.

7 Students, Students What Landform Do You See? Desert, desert we see a desert. A desert is a hot dry place with little or no rainfall.

14 Teacher, Teacher What Landform Do You See? Volcano, volcano I see a volcano. A volcano is a mountainous vent in the Earth's crust. When a volcano erupts, it spews out lava, ashes, and hot gases from deep inside the Earth.

15 Students, Students What Landform Do You See? Glacier, glacier we see a glacier. A glacier is a long-lasting, slowly-moving river of ice on land.

16 Teacher, Teacher What Landform Do You See? Piedmont, piedmont is what I see. A piedmont is a gentle slope leading from the base of mountains to a flat region of land.
