2 What are Landforms? Landforms are Earth's physical features. The following are examples of Landforms: Volcanoes, Mountains, Valleys, Canyons, Caves, and Islands

3 Where Can We Find these Landforms? These landforms can be found on Earth's outer layer called the crust.

4 What are Volcanoes? Volcanoes are openings in Earth's crust from which lava flows. The lava builds up the volcanic rock.

9 What are Mountains? Mountains are features that are much higher than the land around them.
