2. Overview of JPM Information Systems Organization
Mission:
Responsible for providing the information architecture and applications for shaping the battlespace against the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) threat
Vision:
Provide the Warfighter with the most effective integrated early warning capability; a cutting-edge DoD accredited CBRN hazard prediction model; and state-of-the-art biosurveillance situational awareness, collaboration, and analysis tools resulting in optimized decision support capability for Commanders across all operational levels from the tactical to strategic as well as bridging the interoperability gap from DoD to Interagency
Uniquely suited to provide Joint Service CBRN capabilities based on our experience in modeling and simulation and systems integration, and leveraging our membership in the Navy’s PEO C4ISR and our close working relationship with the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command

4. CBRN Information Systems
Objective: Provide an “End-to-End”, easily accessible set of CBRN Enterprise capabilities through web services utilizing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

Develop and execute a Family of Systems (FoS) acquisition approach for Joint Program Executive Office Chemical Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) products and services (CBD sustainable product line)
Provide an “End-to-End”, easily accessible set of CBRN Enterprise capabilities through web services utilizing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Provide timely, fused, and easily accessible information to the Joint Warfighter, CBDP Community of Interest, civil and international partners
Reduce Command & Control Systems (C2) integration cost, redundancy, and allow for stove pipe capability through an Enterprise Services Approach
Provide real-time discovery of data that can be easily integrated with tools and services (i.e. “net-centric”)
Enterprise information systems environment that will detect threats, collect and disseminate appropriate data, and make relevant CBRN services and information accessible to those who need it
Improved access to timely, mission critical fused data products
