11 e-Services Mobile technology for enhancing information delivery services Currently, Chiangmai University library is being retrofitted for wireless networking coverage all library area equipped to provide wireless access. Thus, users will search for information needed i.e. Web OPAC or some fulltext databases on their mobile devices. As well, the library is under adapting her website technology using HTML5 and XTML to accommodate for mobile devices such as smart phone, tablet etc. Chiangmai University Library (CMU)

20 News Services via Mobile Phone Renewal and due day alert, book reservation, group discussion room reservation, interlibrary loan services etc. via short message service (SMS) are available at Chiangmai University Library Mobile OPAC There is already a mobile application for OCLC’s WorldCat, so Mahidol University Library who submit her catalogue records to WorldCat could access library OPAC on mobile devices Conclusion:

21 Mobile Content Delivery Most libraries offer licensed content for mobile devices by subscribing to e-Books & e–Journals databases developed by publishers with mobile interfaces for access via mobile devices Mobile Web Services Library website adaptation to accommodate the new mobile devices is under going at every Universities Libraries for leveraging outreach services Conclusion:
