3  There are many unions and the surgeon union AAOS (American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons) They have been around for a long time.

4  The job outlook for surgeons are projected to grow 18% from 2012 to 2022 which is actually a big grow in a short amount of time for the average in all other occupations.  The continued expansion of healthcare related industries will allow the careers job growth.

5  Surgeons diagnose and treat injuries and illnesses. They can prescribe medication, and perform surgeries if needed. Costs of the healthcare services may be expensive depending on the treatment being done. Usually thousands of dollars and in some cases hundreds.

6  There will always be a job for healthcare services since people are always getting hurt. Surgeons will at the moment not be outsourced because there are not that many now and because of that the ones that do work get paid more.

7  With the advancing technology we may come across there may be a time when surgery's may be done with machines, however would you trust a machine with your surgery? Or a highly skilled professional surgeon who knows what he is doing?

8  Depending on the type of surgeons will determine the competition  General surgeons comp: in 2008 there were 80 ST3 posts in the UK with and average of 19 applications for each post.  Neurosurgery: In 2008 5 applicants per post at ST1 level, fewer than other surgical specialties

14  Detectives can be outsourced and may have to relocate depending on the area they may be in. Larger cities may require more detectives and competition may be high depending on the area as well.

15  Technology helps detectives solve cases and the more technology the easier for the detective. Technology would not be able to over take the career it will only aid it.

21  Psychologists can be outsourced but it depends on the competition. If your service is not making much business it may force you to relocate to where there might be more business. Independent Psychologist doing research may have to go different places to do further research.

22  No, technology would only give aid to Psychologist because Psychology is the study of the brain and the mind. Robots would not be able to deal with feelings.

23  There can be competition depending on the type of psychologist you are. There is a high demand for clinical psychologist but there's a large variety of psychologist that deal with different things from clinical to school to mental health care etc…

24  Psychologists typically need a doctoral degree or specialist degree in psychology, a master’s degree can be good enough for some positions. To be able to actually Practice psychology you’ll need a license or certification.
