Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work 4. Ability to communicate verbally with people inside and outside an organization 5. Ability to obtain and process information

5 Intellectual Quotient u What about IQ? –When the comparison matched star performers against average ones in senior leadership positions, about 85 percent of the difference in their profiles was attributable to emotional intelligence factors rather than to purely cognitive abilities like technical expertise –Technical, analytical skills are expected, “price of entry” ….but it does not make an employee superior in terms of performance.
