DATABASE & ONLINE REFERRALS PENNINE HOUSING & WYFS LEAD NATIONALLY ENDORSDED PILOT BUILDING TRUST INCORPORATED INTO HOUSING MANAGEMENT PRACTICE ENGAGEMENT WITH ALL 15 REGISTERED PROVIDERS,PRIVATE LANDLORDS & OWNER OCCUPIERS A PRACTICAL APPROACH RATHER THAN A THEORETICAL/ PSYCHOLOGICAL FOCUS DELIVERY OF SEMINARS & TRAINING WORKSHOPS THROUGHOUT THE UK LINK TO STAYING WELL PROJECT (SOCIAL ISOLATION & LONELINESS) LINK TO BEREAVEMENT SERVICES STRATEGIC COMMITMENT FROM CMBC RECEIVED IN JANUARY 2014

5  APPROXIMATELY 80 REFERRALS SINCE THE PROJECT STARTED  WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING INTENSIVELY WITH 15 CASES THROUGHOUT CALDERDALE  GREATER ‘ PARTNER PUBLICITY’ IS NEEDED TO INCREASE AWARENESS, OPEN UP FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES, CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE THE FRAMEWORK/PROJECT AND PROMOTING GOOD PRACTICE  DESPITE OBVIOUS SUCCESSES, THE DELIVERY OF HOARDING PREVENTION IS CURRENTLY LIMITED TO INDIVIDUAL PENNINE STAFF ON AN AD HOC BASIS. A DISCUSSION IS REQUIRED RE: WIDER PARTNERSHIP INVOLVEMENT. THERE IS NO FINANCIAL COMMITMENT NEEDED BEYOND STAFF TIME  GREATER FOCUS ON CASE EVALUATION, COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS ECT  WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTINUAL MONITORING AND ‘ AFTERCARE’ ONCE THE HOARDING ISSUES ARE ADDRESSED  CLARITY ON THE MENTAL HEALTH ROLE IN THE PROCESS FORWARD STEPS
