Google is not organized to meet academic standards.
Many web sites are biased due to self-publication or because they want to sell you something.
Most of the open web does not lead to in-depth information.
Because Google is commercial, it takes more time to examine.
Web sites can come and go.
Because of copyright, many articles published in scholarly journals are not available through Google or Google Scholar.
