6. Costs The total investment volume of the Programme has been estimated at some EUR 175m. The investments will include the refurbishment and modernization of research laboratories, acquisition and installation of research equipment, and in particular the rehabilitation of university facilities, with particular strong focus on energy efficiency measures. 03/02/20166 European Investment Bank
