2 2 Trajectory Optimization – Criteria  Launch Vehicle must not go underground  Perigee must be at least 300km  Eccentricity must not be greater than 0.5  Minimize ΔV Trajectory Optimization Assumption  Spin-stabilized 3rd stage (no steering after 2 nd stage)
