1. If you receive the following Security Level – notice. Your personal Excel Security Levels are set at either High or Very High and you will not be able to access the CLARC. This is often the case with Managers and Executives. Please review the following pages to reset your Security level to enable you to access and view the CLARC.

2. Excel Security levels are set too high take the following steps to adjust your settings. 1. Go to Tools. 2. Go to Macros. 3. Go to Security. 2 1 3

3. Change security level setting to Medium and then click - OK -. Now close the document and re-open it, you should now be allowed access to all areas of the CLARC.

4. When the following prompt appears, click OK.

5. You should now be prompted to Enable Macros. Click on Enable Macros button and it will allow the document to open normally.

6. You will now be at the Home Page of the CLARC. Click on the Click and Go to see all the options available throughout the CLARC; or click on and individual states AAA button to view Legislation issues for that particular state that are being monitored for claims impact.
