Draw every documented node on form

45. Abnormal lymph node criteria:
Microcalcifications
Cystic spaces
Asymmetric cortical thickening / focal nodularity
Any other focal abnormality
Nodular contour
Irregular or poorly defined margins
Round shape - less than 2:1 long axis to short axis ratio
(short axis is more than half the long axis)
