2 Open Microsoft Excel Click on Start/Windows button and then Excel 2013 Or Click on Start/Windows button All Programs Microsoft Office 2013 Excel 2013

4 Address bar-- Row 10----- Column G Cell See the notes section for important vocabulary!

5 Entering text in Excel Type just like you would in word Format text using the home tab Bold, italics, font, size, alignment, etc Copy and paste How to edit or correct text Double click the cell Or click the cell and use the editing bar.

7 Assignment Complete information for your reading challenge card using the digital version in Excel. You will need to open this file and save it to YOUR Y: Drive before editing it. ** You may get an error that pops up** choose “READ ONLY” then save it to your Y DRIVE L:\2014-2015schoolyear\TechnologyTutorials\sampleyahtzeeboard.xls Save the information you added to your card Print the card when you are ready to turn your card in to your CCR teacher. **All students must turn in a Yahtzee Card**
