2. The Summer Sound ✤ Bringing you all you need to know about alternative festivals this summer.

3. Siren FM ✤ As a community radio station, Siren FM focusses on social gain ✤ Not a student station! ✤ Our target audience: 16-24 (typical festival goers) ✤ BUT, not exclusively as older people are now going to festivals

4. Roles ✤ Matt: As producer, I will have creative control over the sound of the show as well as overseeing all parts of the planning and broadcasting process. It is my job to keep the show running and make sure that it sounds coherent and adheres to Siren’s remit.

7. Our Slot ✤ We would prefer the Monday slot. This is because there is a nice gap in Siren FM’s schedule and at 1pm the Gav Roberts show is on. This is a predominately music based show with weird news from the City mixed in. We believe that our show, with its mix of music and both local and national festivals, would sit very closely to this show and would mean a nice transition for the listeners.
