STPDC The History The Southern Tier Professional Development Consortium (STPDC) is created as a part of the NYS Education Department’s Continuing Education Team’s statewide professional development system New York state’s ten regional consortia offer continuing education in-service training for teachers, counselors and administrators Our local consortium provides professional development opportunities for adult service providers throughout the Southern Tier region The History
