6 Step 2: Collect Pledges Raiseathon is a full online (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) pledge system. This system does not require door to door collection. You can use Face Book, Email, Linked In, or Worldwide connections. For everyone’s convenience, paper pledge sheets will also be available through the club. Remember 90% of all monies raised will come back to the club (Remaining 10% allotment: 5% to Swim Ontario, 3% to Swim Canada, 2% to Pay Pal)

7 Cash Donations If a swimmer accepts cash or cheque, and donor requests a receipt ($10 or more), we would ask parents or guardians to use their credit card to process the transaction. OR Any cash or cheque donations requiring a receipt could be forwarded to the club to be processed by the Swim-a-thon Committee.
