Studying overseas improves the quality of RSBI/SBI teachers’ professional competence. The quality of education can be improved by establishing RSBI/SBI.

Curriculum RSBI/SBI & Regular School

RSBI/SBI uses SNP + Internationally Standardized Curriculum. Regular Schools only use SNP.

The most of the teachers were emotionally stimulated with the academic opportunity in studying overseas. Studying overseas is considered a good opportunity. Feelings on the Opportunity to Study Overseas

Expectations of Studying Overseas Learning English can be done while using language for communication and for other purpose.

Perspective on Professional Development from Studying Overseas The teacher’s professional development over salary increase follows the success in obtaining credit for passing teacher’s certification program.

Conclusion Studying overseas contributed to professional development of the English teacher Studying overseas improved teacher’s academic and professional competence. Studying overseas surpasses the reward of getting certificate for portfolio in teacher’s certification program.
