4 Primary Color Colors that can't be made Red, Yellow, Blue
These 3 make all of the colors

5 Secondary Colors These are the colors you get when mixing the primary colors Orange, Green, Violet (purple)

6 Intermediate Colors These colors are steps in between the primaries.
They are a mix of the two primary colors they touch. Intermediate-Red-Orange, Yellow-Orange, Yellow Green, Blue-Green, Blue-Violet, Red-Violet

7 Colors that are across from each other.
Complimentary Colors that are across from each other. Analogous Colors that are NEXT to each other

Using colored pencils Design a color wheel, it can be any shape you wish. All primary, secondary, intermediate colors need to be accounted for. Label the above AND label analogous, complimentary colors

Using pencil, sharpie, pen Practice making different lines including BOLD, Curvy, Dotted, broken, zig-zag, etc. Try repeating these designs to create a ‘line design’ Fill your entire page and make it interesting.

13 The Longest Line Using drawing paper, pencil, sharpie, studio markers, rulers You will IN PENCIL first begin by placing the pencil onto the paper. Draw one line, using various line design, that covers the entire page. Show Mrs. Belcher

14 Carefully trace your line in black sharpie, fine point.
NEXT IN PENCIL Using a ruler or straight edge, draw one large triangle. Using a ruler or straight edge, draw a large square or rectangle. Using a stencil or compass, draw a large circle.

15 Finally, Choose your color scheme. Complimentary or Analogous.
