3 CAMP First Year Advising Process Students are assigned to a counselor/advisor for the academic year Students are required to meet mid semester with Professor Contact Forms (PCF) (Fall & Spring ) Students meet on a walk-in basis continuously throughout the academic year based on their individual needs Students meet with their respective counselor/advisor before selecting courses and create an academic G.E. plan Students on academic probation are required to fill out 2 sets of (PCF) for one semester and must meet with their counselor/advisor on a weekly basis

4 CAMP Tutoring Process If progress level is low, students are referred by counselor/advisor for tutoring services Based on remedial progress in English and Math students meet with Peer-Mentors on a weekly basis for a minimum of 30 min each meeting Peer-Mentors work individually with students and create customized Individual Learning Plans (ILP) based on their needs Students are also required to complete a minimum of 5 study hours per week in the Study Center. Peer-Mentors monitor study hours and document how many are completed per student every week.
