5  Communications, Problem Solving, and Multidisciplinary Teamwork were the most important and the biggest gaps.  Consider a college-wide effort to partner with industry to make drastic improvements in these areas the next three years (workshops, panels, etc.).  Repeat this survey each Spring to track progress  Give ABET something that will knock their socks off!!
