How are federal financial aid programs interacting with state funds such as OTAG, Oklahoma’s Promise and institutional financial aid/tuition waiver programs in meeting students’ financial needs? 11 What is the level of unmet need for students by institutional sector, student need level, academic preparation, or race/ethnicity? How does the level of financial assistance provided impact student persistence? Are poorer students borrowing larger amounts than their richer counterparts? Financial Aid Database
