12 Overview of our Amazing Trip Around the U.S. Whether it was the divine cuisine in New Orleans, or the late nights in Austin’s famous 6 th Street, there was no stopping the fun on our road trip. One of our favorite locations we visited has to be Key West. The sand was hot and the water was clear and warm. The snorkeling was an experience of a lifetime and the days spent lounging by the beach was so relaxing we never wanted to leave. Another favorite of ours had to be Las Vegas. As they always say though, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. I could have brought a million of those beignets home with us because they were so delectable you could smell them cooking throughout the streets of New Orleans. There was so much good food in New Orleans its hard to pick a favorite, from the crawfish to the po boys. You couldn’t go hungry in that city. All in all every city was amazing and the road trip was so much fun! We would do it all over again if we could!
