2 About this presentation This presentation is designed to help you present the business justification for pocketKPI to various stakeholders in your organisation. The presentation will help you: Explain the need for company KPIs to be delivered to employees/customers. Get buy-in for the concept from different stakeholders (Management, IT, Finance, etc.). Position pocketKPI as a suitable product to help with this goal. Secure the funding for implementing pocketKPI and any required system modifications. 13 Simple Design See in plain language when the KPI was last updated. The KPI summary screen lets you focus on KPI performance and not get lost in numbers. KPI Summary Screen

14 Group KPIs A simple swipe on the KPI summary screen reveals the dashboard viewer. Your data file can specify “dashboards” for grouping similar KPIs together. Group them by areas of the business or by geographic location. You have total control over how you want to structure your data. Filter By Color Only interested in KPIs that aren’t performing? 17 How does it work? Reads a JSON file hosted via HTTP or HTTPS on any web facing infrastructure. JSON file can be generated using PHP, Ruby or directly from SQL queries. File location can be changed in the user settings of the app. Prod, Dev and QA environments could each host their own file. Most data such as URLs, tolerances, admin contact email, etc. are defined inside the data file.
