5. Step 1: Open Infinite Campus

6. Step 2: Under instruction, find the messenger folder. Click the messenger folder.

7. Step 3: Choose teacher message in the folder. Teacher Messages Button

8. Step 4: You are now ready to follow the message wizard.

9. Step 5: Write your message like you would an email. Step 6: Click “Save and Continue” Subject Line Message to Parents. Save and Continue

10. Step 7: Now a list of students enrolled in the class will appear to the left with an empty box to the right. Select All will allow you to choose every student in the class to receive the message. You can also choose specific students if you only want a few to get this message. Another chance to check your message.

11. Step 8: When you select a student or all students, the names of the students selected will appear in the box on the right. Names of selected students will appear here.

12. Step 9: Preview Your Message Scroll down under selected students and click “Preview Notices.”

13. Step 10: Look at the notice in the preview for one last chance to check. Step 11: Click “Send Message” to complete.

14. Congratulations! Your message has now been 1)posted on parent portal. 2)emailed if email account is activated. 3)phoned if phone option is activated. Messaging is a great resource to communicate with parents for inclement weather, assignments, trips, and general information.
