System will support: - Two-way satellite access to selected schools. - Video distribution to school servers, for local video-on-demand streaming. - Video conferencing & distance education. -Live video event streaming to schools. - High-speed Internet access over satellite link. -Local caching and serving of web objects. -School web hosting
