17 1. Measuring progress in Park Mesa Heights is a challenging: 1. There is limited data available at the census track level 2. Longitudinal data at current (2010) year reporting is limited 2. PMH has not shown progress in all areas 1. Higher API relative to control group 2. Higher rates of increased obesity relative to control group; free or reduced lunch recipients have not changed significantly 3. Foreclosure rates rank in the middle relative to control group 3. Neighborhood change efforts take time 1. Proactively transforming the quality of life within a particular geographic region takes time 2.
