2 Basic information Project duration: 1. 8. 2011 – 31. 7. 2014 (36 month) Main objectives of the project: development of the university system of qualified support for preparation and management of research projects, education of academic and administrative staff in the field of the objective and financial management, communication and presentation skills, financial legislative and other competences essential for the high-quality preparation and successful management of research projects

3 Key activities: KA01 - Education in English language and ICT competences KA02 - Education oriented on project management KA03 - Practical and professional training abroad KA04 - Learning by doing KA05 - Education in the field of legislative, dissemination and commercialization of research results KA06 - Software application for preparation, management and administration of projects KA07 - Workshops KA08 - Evaluation of project activities Target groups: A. Administrative supporting staff B. Academic staff and researchers

5 Educational activities II. KA02 - Education oriented on project management Information about Grant Scheems, Personality Diagnostics, Team Work, Project Preparation and Implementation, Financial Management, Presentation Technics, IPMA Preparation Courses and Certification

6 Educational activities III. KA05 - Education in the field of legislative, dissemination and commercialization of research results Higher Educational Act, New Civil Code, Tenders, Labour Code, IPR
