1 Question Four Who would be the audience for your media product?

2 BBFC to protect children from unsuitable/harmful content in films and videos and to give consumers information they might need about a particular film before deciding whether or not to view it. Our film would be a certificate 15 because of the drug references, strong language and sexual content throughout. The story line is complex too, which is why it is a 15 as younger viewers may not be able to understand.

3 Our core audience would be younger viewers of 15-25 as they can relate to Pearl with an over bearing parent. However, we wouldn’t just be limited to that age range as parents or family members could empathize with the father who is trying to deal with a difficult child. Our target audience would be more femaile based (due to the female main character) but males too would be attracted to the thrilling and complex nature of the film. Below is a mood board of the audience of our film. Audience for our film 15-25 Boy & Girl
