3. What’s New With PayPal As of November 2013 OMEGA Merchants were notified that they will be able to accept PayPal transactions In-Store along with their current Visa, MasterCard and Discover transactions. OMEGA Merchants will now have access to 50 million active PayPal customers.

4. How It Works PayPal Card acceptance will be for Card Present (Face-to-Face) transactions only. PayPal Cards will be swiped in the same manner as Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards are currently run. The PayPal Cards will be swiped as Credit. PayPal acceptance will be priced using the same rates as V/MC/Disc. PayPal Customers will not need to sign for transactions under $50.00. Customers who paid with their PayPal Card will use their PayPal Card for that item’s return. PayPal acceptance is for U.S. account holders only. Chargebacks will be handle in the same manner as V/MC/Disc.
