Actions After Sanitary Survey Within 15 days – Block level meeting of all Sarpanch & Gramsevak with RED & YELLOW cards to decide timeline to improve water quality. Preventive measures for all HIGH & MEDIUM risk sources within ONE MONTH. Discussion of Sanitary Survey Results at all levels – Village to GB ZP. Punitive Actions – 1. GP with RED card for consecutive two times not eligible for govt incentives till rectification. 2. Gramsevak not taking appropriate action within 1 month – Will lose one increment.

Leptospirosis Situation 16 Positive cases from state. MCGM -14 Thane & Ratnagiri – 1 each. No mortality. Need to gear up surveillance. Number of samples tested are not up to mark in Raigad (0), Ratnagiri (5) & Thane ( 1) as compared to Sindhudurg (560) & MCGM (2310)
