This program is focused on techniques that ensure the efficiency and well-being of the work force. Topics include equal opportunity, safety and health, compensation, training and development, performance appraisal, motivation, job satisfaction and retirement benefits. Career Opportunities Human Resource Managers serve as the link between an organization’s management and its workforce. HR professionals assist in hiring and training employees, and informing them about applicable laws, regulations, and benefits.
