21 21 Increases in Fees will allow UTSA to sustain institutional quality and achieve strategic goals (cont’d): Funding all athletic scholarships and improve athletic facilities Meet needs of student athletes and hire and retain high quality coaches and staff Additional medical provider and medical assistant (expand same day low cost lab testing services, decrease wait time, expand available appointments, increase types of immunizations, expand myMed portal) Psychiatrist and residents, counselors, graduate assistant for volunteer services Increase student tradition programs, Student Leadership Center programing and Roadrunner Days programming Expansion of University Center programming, increase student pay and deferred maintenance projects Replace cardio equipment at the Campus Recreation Center and increase student pay
