Usually, I’m pretty quick at picking up new programs, but I must admit, my first couple of practice runs have left me feeling a bit confused and daunted. My first aim to be able to create animation that I can put into web pages and PowerPoint presentations. Would anyone suggest either a book, or website that might be able to help me in my quest!” http://www.schoolhistory.co.uk/forum/lofiversion/index.php/t5739.html http://www.schoolhistory.co.uk/forum/lofiversion/index.php/t5739.html

4 Presentation On the next few slides you will see a sample mini presentation incorporating “Flash” into the classroom. This presentation would be used in a workshop for teachers taught by the media specialist.

5 Welcome to the *Flash into the Classroom* Workshop We will begin each workshop with a 10 minute question/answer session. We will follow with a Power Point instructional presentation by me. For the last hour and fifteen minutes we will work at the computer stations with Flash. In your spare time you will work at home, in the media center, or elsewhere practicing Flash and building your final project. Flash can be tedious and novice even to the frequent computer user. Thus, outside of this workshop practice is strongly encouraged. Book provided: Macromedia Flash 8 for Windows and Macintosh Flash software (optional), for home purchased through me for discounted price of $100.00. Session Agenda
