History of Video Technological Production By Nathan Fisher
2
This was first recorded in the 400’s by a Chinese philosopher named Mo Ti. He said it would be a inverted image from captured light in a dark place, which is now known as the pinhole principle. http://tenrandomfacts.com/camera/ http://tenrandomfacts.com/camera The First Main Idea of a Camera
3
Early pictures were created using this, which was light passing through sensitive paper. When light hits an object, the light is reflected in different directions, and only those who reflect in the right directions pass through the holes in the right places will go through the holes and form an image on sensitive paper. http://www.kurabo.co.jp/el/world/en/room/3d/page2. html http://www.kurabo.co.jp/el/world/en/room/3d/page2. html Pinhole Principle

The first working camera was invented around 1000 AD, called the Camera Obscura, a pinhole camera. The images it showed were upside down. It was mostly used for viewing and drawing purposes, mostly by artists trying to be more precise http://inventors.about.com/od/pstartinventions/a/stilp hotography.htm http://inventors.about.com/od/pstartinventions/a/stilp hotography.htm The First Camera

The word photograph is derived from the Greek word photos, that means light, and graphein, to draw. http://inventors.about.com/od/pstartinventions/a/stilp hotography.htm http://inventors.about.com/od/pstartinventions/a/stilp hotography.htm The Word Photograph

In 1906, a man named Lee De Forest discovered that a small voltage could control an electrical current in a tube he created, resulting in the creation of electronics. This is also why we call the TV “the Tube”. http://newsroom.cisco.com/feature/1300018/Disruptiv e-Technology-11-Milestones-in-the-History-of-V_1 http://newsroom.cisco.com/feature/1300018/Disruptiv e-Technology-11-Milestones-in-the-History-of-V_1 The Tube
