1. My Teaching Philosophy The Teacher o I plan to make learning enjoyable! Yes it needs to be challenging and relevant but by making it enjoyable the students will grasp the concepts being taught. o I want to develop and deliver fun, interactive and interesting lessons. I plan on setting up a safe environment where students can explore their ideas. o I Will drive inquiry based learning and challenge my students to question, debate and develop positions.

If taught with our students in mind, it should be a heap of FUN ! o We use math in some way every single day. There is no excuse for not making it relevant for all students. o Math should captivate the mind. By captivating students we help them to become critical thinkers. Mathematics
