2 Purpose Outline an engagement process and position the review within the context of the government’s overall plan for postsecondary education. Funding universities in a more quality-driven, sustainable and transparent way is part of the government’s economic plan for Ontario

7 Funding Model Comparison Majority of the funding under both models is based on program-weighted enrolment. Both models have similar proportion of Performance Based funding.
