TITLE I SCHOOLWIDE PLANNING MEETING GRAVES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL JULY 2015

INTENT OF TITLE I The intent of Title I is to ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high quality education. Title I provides funds to improve achievement of the lowest-achieving students – those who are failing, or are most at-risk of failing, to meet State academic achievement standards – enrolled in high-poverty schools

LSPI GOALS One hundred percent of the students at Graves Elementary school will meet or exceed district and state academic standards in the four content areas as measured by local, district, and state assessments.

LSPI GOALS Baseline data will be obtained on the percentage of students who are performing at levels that will demonstrate readiness and preparation for on-time high school graduation. At Graves Elementary, our goal is that a higher percentage of students will be on track for on time graduation than predicted using WSA 2.0 Metrics.

LSPI GOALS Baseline data will be obtained on the perception of students, staff and parents using the Perception Surveys administered via the district. Graves will strive to be at and/or surpass the district average with students, staff and parents on Perception Surveys. Baseline data will be obtained using the SAM process to determine the amount of time the Principal spends on instruction and the goal will be to increase that by a minimum of 2% each month once baseline data is obtained.
