What is an Element? Include a picture of any element you like! An element is made up of one substance.

What is a compound? Include a picture of any compound you like! A compound has more then one substances Like salt for example

What is a mixture? Include a picture of any mixture you like! A mixture are 2 substance s mixed but not combined together.

What is the periodic table and what does it show? Include a picture! It tells you: Atomic Mass Atomic Number Number of Neutrons and Protons- Melting and Boiling Points Name of the Element Densities of solid (g/cm3), liquid (g/cm3), gas (g/L) Atomic Radius

Try to find some examples of everyday compounds, and say which elements were bonded together to make them Sugar Salt Petrol Gas Washing Soda Water

Try to find some examples of everyday mixtures, and say which elements are mixed together together to make them Air (gases including oxygen carbon dioxide and nitrogen) Water in the pool ( chlorine )
