When scout is filling out ESRA form, Req 2…
He also should ask for a Letter of Recommendation
Could be Personal Letter
Could use a Form (PTAC will have a form on the PTAC website)
Letters are not to come to the Scout
DEC Coordinates with Scout, Troop, who the LoRs are sent to.
LoRs will be brought to EBOR, to be read by Board members, then destroyed…

Eagle Paperwork submission to LaGrange Service Center
1) When Life Scout has completed all requirements… turn in:
i) Eagle Checklist (PTAC will make available on website)
ii) Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook
iii) Eagle Scout Rank Application
With “Statement of Ambitions and Life Purpose” (req. 7)
Other Paperwork:
Pre-approved Special Needs paperwork
Pre-approved Exemptions, Extensions

4. Pathway to Adventure Council Eagle Application Process

After “Verification” LaGrange Service Center will…
2) Alert Scout, Troop (SM,CC,AC) and District Advancement Chair to…
Pickup paperwork from LaGrange
Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook
“Verified” Eagle Scout Rank Application, and any attachments
Scout/Troop contact DAC to arrange EBOR with assigned DEC
DEC confirms paperwork & Letters of Recommendation will be present at EBOR.
(Lack of LoRs must not delay EBOR)*
