2 Funding History State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2013: – Attorney General Miller authorized a one-time transfer of approximate $1.1 million dollar from our reserve to minimize the federal and state funding cuts. Victim Services Programs continue to be providing services on minimal or bare bones budgets. Anticipated additional funding cuts in SFY2014. Programs are struggling to make payroll, continue to keep their shelter doors open, are closing outreach offices, and limiting their response and services in their outlying catchment or service area.
