9. Analysis of Data Biggest hurdle to academic success, in my view, is soci-economic status. Students do not have the same means or opportunities as others. Even with additional funding through Title I, we still are lagging behind. What can we do to ensure success? Discipline is also a contributing factor. Time is taken away from instruction. Support staff is being pulled from classes to assist. Not meeting all students needs when discipline occurs.
