1 Printing: Your printer might not print the same way our printers do, so make sure to try a couple of test prints. If things aren’t aligning quite right, experiment with the Scale to Fit Paper setting. It’s located in the Print dialog – just click Full Page Slides to get to it. And did you notice we made fold marks for you? They are really light, but if you don’t like them showing on your brochure, click View, Slide Master, and delete them before you print. Customizing the Content: If you need more placeholders for titles, subtitles or body text, just make a copy of what you need and drag it into place. PowerPoint’s Smart Guides will help you align it with everything else. By the way, if you need to move or copy the red lines, you can select them by clicking the dotted outlines. Science This term we will focus on Autumn and why leaves go crispy. We will explore how the seasons change. We will then look at why animals hibernate during the winter months. Worship Children will continue to celebrate worship sessions within the classroom, some linked to the Sunday scriptures others linked to various themes in the RE lessons such as God’s Family, Our family and the special celebration of Jesus at Christmas. The children are very much involved within the worship sessions with them setting the worship table out, choosing which artefacts to put on the worship table and, now they know a number of songs, they will be able to choose which song they would like to sing. Curriculum God’s Family and will link into the birth of Jesus at Christmas. Physical Development Mrs Tickle will be teaching Physical Development this half term with a focus on dance and gymnastics. Please ensure your child’s PE kit is labelled and that hair is tied back.
