3 Mission Statement A new mission statement was created by the CCM sub-committee. It was reviewed and returned to the Implementation Team for further revision. 6 Board of Education Presentation At the October 2008 meeting, both co-internal coordinators were requested to present and update the board about Schreiber’s Middle States improvement plan. The board was supportive and pleased with the direction of Schreiber’s academic, character, and staff development progress. 7 The Creation of New Action Plans and Activity Steps Based on the Implementation Team’s recommendation and due to the success and completion of the original school-wide plans, an updated plan was formulated. The co-internal coordinators and the principal met with each department chair and director in order to renew, re-energize and refocus department goals for the next 3 years. 8 Mid-Point Review The Internal Co-coordinators will be preparing all Middle States documents and plans needed for the mid-point review. The review is due by October 2009.
