3 IMPORTANT FACTORS WHEN PREPARING A PRESENTATION audience (number, knowledge, register, etc.) venue/location (size, equipment, set-up) objectives (to entertain, teach, persuade, etc.) topic (be selective, well researched, organized) visual aids (know language for describing graphs) notes (DO NOT READ) rehearsal
